Stats are tools, not trophies. They’re meant to explain performance, not define a player. This page breaks down what each stat means, how it’s calculated, and—most importantly—how to interpret it correctly.

↓ Example of Exported Batting Stats

How many times the player came up to bat.
How often the player reached base.
Includes:
100% = reached base every time.
How often an appearance ended in a strikeout.
0% = no strikeouts recorded.
How often an appearance ended in a walk.
Each bar = one plate appearance
Each row = one plate appearance
Inning – When the appearance happened
AB – Official at-bat (walks don’t count)
H – Hit (1 = yes, 0 = no)
BB – Walk (1 = yes, 0 = no)
K – Strikeout (1 = yes, 0 = no)
AVG (Batting Average) – Hits ÷ At-Bats
On-Base % – Reached base or not in that appearance

Total number of pitches thrown throughout the game.
Total pitches thrown in the strike zone or recorded as strikes.
Total pitches thrown outside the strike zone.
Each bar = pitches thrown in that inning.
Percentages show how often the pitcher threw strikes vs balls.
Each row = one inning
Pitch Count – Total pitches thrown in that inning
Strikes – Number of strikes
Balls – Number of balls
Strike % – Strikes ÷ Total pitches
Ball % – Balls ÷ Total pitches
Strike % + Ball % will always equal 100%.
